Have been using the 3x/week plan for a long time, now using this 4x/week workout routine and I´m very happy with it! Feels so good now being in the gym for 4 days a week with this plan!

Withing first few sessions can really feel the ‘pump’ and DOMS leaving you with satisfying feeling that what you’re doing is working. I’m still too early in progressing with the programme, but I can certainly feel a difference already
